Vitamin b12 is a very important vitamin that ensures our brain and nervous system function properly. More importantly, it is crucial for red blood cell production. Vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms usually show up in people that are not getting enough vitamin b12.

Where does this vitamin come from? Mainly meat, fish and diary products. Which is a real bummer for vegetarians because there are no vegetables that contain vitamin b12. As such, vegetarians are usually prone to exhibiting vitamin b12 deficiency symptoms along with the elderly. They usually have to take some form of supplements to satisfy their bodies need for vitamin b12.

But from what i've heard, you'll mostly be getting vitamin b12 shots as it is the most effective method of delivery. Nasal sprays are also effective as well.
